Asking the experts for feedback on the offer below. I have looked at recent signed deals on the forum posted from my area. A couple of them are one pays and the MF is not comparable.
Original MF quoted was 0.00326, and it was a higher monthly payment. I adjusted the MF down to get to the $340/mo payment with $2K down - this is what the dealer verbally said he can offer me.
Is this the correct way to use the Calculator?

It’s a decently good deal as is, but I would push to see if I could get a bigger discount off MSRP. If not from that dealership, from any other dealership in your area.
