Hi all, looking for opinions on this deal and where I could better? Don’t want to assume but probably just a further discount on MSRP? I’m located in Philly, PA & dealer is in NJ.
Well with that information, I am assuming if you structure this lease as a OnePay, the incentives could potentially be taxed? Not sure here.
Usually when the incentives are taxed, OnePay tends to improve the monthly by a significant amount. Not sure how these dealers structure their OnePay leases.
No broker mentioned and I doubt OP is going to share dealer info before signing the deal, and that’s if the dealer wants to replicate for others. You have the numbers, put in the work and make offers as they apply to you.
I have seen some deals where the $10k was applied as a post-sale incentive rather than a credit. In this particular case the incentives would be taxed. I would assume it would depend on how the dealership structures their deal. So maybe just be cautious of this.
I live near Hoboken and most of them aren’t cooperating if I don’t schedule a test drive. If you would like to ask them for a deal for 2 to decrease the price then I am in.
No. I can’t find that contract at the moment. I did look. I believe these were the contracts with negative depreciation if the incentive were used as a cap cost reduction.
Hey guys, I didn’t end up committing but the salesperson called me and said they had a handful of 2023s come in and sent me a quote. He used the same due at signing numbers from my previous quote and said monthly incl. taxes, but I’m actually now registering in MD instead of PA so I know that changes things.
He did this all right before they closed so I didn’t manage to get addtl info such as the breakdown of incentives/MF. All I know is that they discounted the vehicle $15k.
