This is my first time leasing so might not get all the terms right. Appreciate your help.

Is this a good deal? Looking for inputs on negotiating the money factor with the dealer and additional rebates. The money factor seems high (0.0054) while my credit score is 780+. I have seen few folks with $17,500 in rebate.

24 months lease, 12,000 miles per year, $0 down payment, $395 monthly payment (+taxes).

MSRP - $44,155
Dealer Discount - $3,455
Sell Price - $40,700
Rebates - $15,000 (Manufacturer Rebate - $14,000, Conquest - $1,000)
Vehicle Price - $25,700
Residual Value - $23,402

Have you tried putting this deal into the calculator. Do you know what rebates you qualify for? I am not sure what the base MF is atm, but it’s set by the bank with only a little bit of markup possible by the dealer. Always ask for the base MF.
