Following up here to close this out for posterity, with great news.
I ended up working with IAC_Scott and got an incredible deal on a 2025 model, which I was more into with all of the subtle updates.
Never going to lease again without a broker after this great experience FWIW; took delivery less than 30 min after my arrival at the dealership.
