What are you trading in? Did you check carvana and carmax for it?

horrible deal considering the 5k extra rebates and 5k down

why $5400 down? That could be lost if the car is totalled. Why not just do a one pay lease? I don’t think there is a break on the MF anymore- but at least you would get a refund of unused payments if the car is totalled or stolen.

So I was wrong. Called Dealer. This is $5399 one pay basically. That’s including all payments.

Lease cash is $10k, btw.

The $5399 is total including all “payments”.

wait so your trade is 33k and you get 28k back and the 5k goes to the one pay?

I don’t owe anything on the trade

Yes, that is correct.

and what is the MSRP of the car

MSRP is $52745

ok so paying $700 over MSRP but they will give $33550 on the trade. What is the actual value of this trade, have you checked other sources to get an idea of its true value?

It doesn’t look like you are getting a dealer discount (discount off MSRP). The dealer is just applying the rebates and using that as your total savings. Bad deal.

So I am really confused.
The $5399 is $3K down plus dealer fees and taxes.
I would still owe $99/mo
I would get a check for $28,842 back (trade is $33, 549 but money down plus fees will come out).

Total include $7775 for all payments plus taxes and handling so $323/mo.

Is March 31 the end of the quarter 1 for Hyundai?

I would strongly suggest taking a step back and understanding this deal.
