Looking to see if this is the best they can do for these 2024’s GC. I’ve seen better deals listed on here but not in FL. Just wondering if this is going to be the ballpark in my area.

$3k discount is very poor. Need to at least double that discount.
Yeah, checking a couple more places in my area to see if their offer is definitely more aggressive.
If you ask them how much they want you to pay, they will tell you.
Stop wasting your time asking for offers and make them an offer for what you want to pay.
