Hey Team - long time lurker, first time looking to lease. Can someone give me feedback on my deal?
2024 Sierra Denali EV - New, not loaner/demo
MSRP: $99,495
Selling Price (this part is confusing): $91,995
SecureEtch $299
Proc/Doc $695
Lien Fee $40
Title $7.20
License Fee: $2.35
Electronic Filing fee: $33
Total Govt Fee: $82.55
Acq Fee: $595
Gross Cap Cost $93,666.55
Residual Value $70,641.45
Total Due at signing $30,133.44
Then the dealer told me the actual amount I will need at signing is $14,210.05 (one time pay)
I asked the difference between the $30,133.44 and $14,210.05 and he told me it was the rebates from the manufacture. $30,133.44-$14,210.05 = $15,923.39 rebates. I am guessing that makes my sales price more like $91,995 - $15,923.39 = $76,071
This includes $1,000 Costco and $500 first responder and $250 non-GM incentive.
$14,210.05 for 24 months 1,000 miles a good deal? Should I extend to 36 months? Thanks in advance!
I filled out the calculator the best I could:
