How is this deal? Dealer is marking up the APR to 2.05% on the term sheet, not sure if this is negtioable

added the months

Any thoughts on this lease?

Hard to comment with the rebates and discounts all rolled up. You need to break these out. $665/mo effective including tax seems average. Versus a Lariat, Flash trim is generally a better value and Platinum trim at least has real leather.

Ive broken down the rebates and updated all the numbers directly from term sheet

Missing # months ( I assume its 24 based on that residual), zip code, tax rate, dealer doc fee, title fees…Post your calc…https://calculator.leasehackr.com/

Those incentives look off to me.

Here is the calculator link, with all those fees.

Others who follow the lightning market can chime in, but at first glance that discount looks really low for a vehicle whose supply exceeds demand

This is my best attempt.

Ford incentives-
8750 Ford RCL Lease Cash
1000 Complimentary Charging Cash

Federal incentive-
7500

  • edit- removed income restriction

The rest must be dealer discount.

The best deals we’ve seen have a 7% to 10% discount with no markup. Your short of that mark. A broker here recently posted a platinum trim for less (see Marketplace ). Non withstanding, as already noted, your rebates don’t look right.

There’s no direct federal incentive on a lease, only on a purchase.

No lease incentives require an income qualification

The broken down rebates add up to $18418, not 17418.
