Deal Check: 2024 Ford 150 Lightning

I have asked 500 even… won’t budge.

It’s not that complicated. There is no buyer EV tax credit on a leased vehicle. It’s just coincidence that the rebate stack may add up to $7500. There is a buyer EV tax credit on a purchased/financed vehicle. Often Ford dealers will reflect this purchase rebate in advertised pricing, but it can’t be used with a lease.

The main problem is that you don’t qualify for enough of the conditional rebates to reach the best possible lease price. On a Flash, this should be a sub $500/mo payment. (if this is actually an XLT is terrible).

See this offer from @LightningAuto

You mean XPlan or DPlan kind of stuff? They did apply 7500 of cashes ford is sharing

What I don’t understand is… is the discount offered the same the Fed Credit. As in 7500 they get back from the feds… the 6000 they are offering as dealer discount is that from the 7500?

I wish I could opt for this… the Texas sales tax burns a lot out of state deals. I have checked for another one this season

No. Plan pricing is useless here. Conditional rebates would include

VIN specific rebates
Conquest rebates (tesla & ram)
Private offers (sent via targeted direct mailing)

The best lightning deals must capture at least 1 of these. As an example, here is the stack recently achieved by @Bostoncarconcierge (albeit on XLT)

Rebates/Offers - $12K
11356-$1000 - EV Public charging credit
11362-$1000 - EV Holiday Bonus
11368-$2000 - Bonus Cash
32500-$2500 - Owner Direct Offer (private mailer) - doesnt stack with conquest
50610-$3500 - EV RCL Cash
50618-$2000 - EV RCL Cash (this seems to maybe be VIN specific)

When leasing, what Ford Credit may, or may not do with the commercial credit, it is impossible to say. It’s not even relevant at the dealer level, they never see it, easier to just forget about it.

I have the 2500 private offer. I think they have applied the below:

Retail Bonus Cash - $2,000
EV Holiday Bonus Cash - $1,000
EV Public Charging Credit - $1,000
50610-$3500 - EV RCL Cash

making the 7500. I would ask if they are going to apply that or not.

No matter how many times you ask, this still doesn’t exist on a lightning lease

I’m forgetting about it.

Mind sharing how you got the private offer? Was it a pop up on Ford’s website or direct mail?

In MD and looking to check a deal. 2024 Flash. My payment will be $762.

$71,185 MSRP
$7500 Rebate
$7500 Cap Reduction
Residual 56%
36mo/19500mi(I drive a lot)

Thoughts? Thanks!

A purchase might be better for you at that mileage and if you can qualify for X plan.
The Rebate you put in needs to be in the taxed incentives I believe. @Bostoncarconcierge can speak better to MD calcs.

Dont know :poop: about MD

Boston is definitely not in MD…brb getting more :coffee:
