Deal Check: 2024 EV6 Wind AWD + Tech SoCal

Hello! I have been trying to work out an EV6 Wind AWD + Tech lease on a 24mo/10k mile term. I haven’t been getting much good offers from dealers, and I wonder if its mostly that this is a bit more of a niche configuration. Nonetheless, I got the following from a dealer that I am trying to see if I can get any more wiggle room out of it.

I think I’ve got the Calculator dialed in at the link below, but here is the most pertinent info:

24mo/10k Lease
MSRP: $56,245
Dealer Discount: $2,200 (~4%)
Adjusted Cost: $54,045
Add-On: $995 (Protection Plan)
MF: 0.00095
Residual: 65%
Rebates: $11,971 ($9900 lease case, $1500 summer sticker, $500 loyalty, some odd $70.90 dealer cash)
Tax Rate: 7.75%
Doc Fee: $85
Acquisition Fee: $650
Govt Fees: $780.29
Due At Signing: $1371.10 (just 1st month + taxes)
Monthly: $411.47 pre-tax / $443.36 post-tax
Effective Monthly: $482/mo

The nearest MSRP comparison is a GT-Line RWD which I’ve seen signed deals on here in the monthly effective around the mid-$400s. My target would be to see if they can strike the Protection Plan add-on to close the deal. Open to any suggestions on how to try work this out lower. Thanks!

Most of those are low one-off outliers, inventory is very low on EV6s this month which is impacting the achievable deals

If you need AWD the Solterra is much lower through me than an EV6 would be

I’ll keep that in mind. Admittedly the EV6 Wind is a bit more appealing to me, has longer range, and is slightly more feature-rich, so I’d pay a bit extra for those considerations over the Solterra.

So more like 2% real discount then

Agree that Solterra is subpar but you could x shop Io5 and Ariya with the EV6.

@mschatzm85 looking at an EV6, what’s included in the Protection Plan? (or is there a link on the Kia site to it)
