Deal Check - 2024 EQB 300 AMG 4MATIC Loaner

Second time leasing. So far, much better than my first time experience 2 years ago. I did sign the deal and am happy with my monthly. If I were still in negotiations, I’m wondering how this deal looks and where I can improve?

What is the typical cost reduction rate for loaner MSRPs, is this good? I also didn’t push hard enough for MF or MSD, but feel I could have.

Model: 2024 EQB300W4 w/ ~4000mi, AMG and Winter Package
MSRP: $64,495
Selling Price: $35,139
Payment: $300 + tax
Due at Signing: $3,650 (+ 988 services up front)
Incentives: $7500 ev rebate
Miles: 7.5k
Term: 30 months
Other: 2 years free charging

It would be better to put all the numbers in the LH Calculator.

What was the pre-incentive discount?

Are you sure? I was under the impression that the minimum mileage terms was 7.5k miles/year.

I am currently in negotiation on a EQS loaner and when they submit an offer sheet they seem to lump the incentives in with the dealer markdown so I just get a ‘savings’ category so it’s hard for me to breakout exactly what is what, even when pressed for answers.

Fixed the typo, it’s 7.5k miles.

A little new to the term pre-incentive discount. I started my negotiation with the final monthly payment and deposit numbers. Here’s what the sheet says:

2024 EQB300W4 @ 57000
With options and delivery @ 64000
Gross capital agreed upon value @ 46000

I tried, but not sure what numbers to put in where haha. I kept getting the wrong monthly outputs.
