Socal resident here. Dealer offered $359 for 24 months. $0 deposit down (below is the first offer at $379.99 for 24) is this a good deal??
Depends.
Which incentives/rebates do you qualify for (I can see they are $3k) ?
What year Equinox? Which Trim?
It seems you are getting very little dealer discount. Maybe just $1000? That’s too little. Aim for 8%-12% dealer discount.
We can do better. 949-775-1714.
It’s a 2024 Equinox EV RS. The Msrp is $51, 394 and the dealer discount right off the bat was $4000 bringing it down to $47,394. I also qualified for the Costco member discount $1000, college student $500 and conquest $1500 for a total of $3000 in rebate. The residual value at the end was going to be $39,059.
@GCauto has one for 2650+2000 (No supplier), -500 (Your College Student) so for roughly $4150 / 24 = $172 / month.
@CoastalMotorGroup also has one similarly priced.
Why pay more?
Thank you, I’m pretty new here so I didn’t know noticed these brokers had listings on their profile. But I will check them out.
I might be wrong, but the dealer discount is $1k and $3k are your rebates. Otherwise the payment would have been much lower. Unless they added some addons.
Our deals come out tomorrow. I am certain we can do better.
I picked up on that as well. What is the extra $599 buying you? The deal sheet is very short on details, probably on purpose to obfuscate the total cost. This dealer is trying to find a payment that you will accept versus you telling them how much you are willing to pay. Do your homework and use the calculator to craft a solid deal, or hire a broker to handle it all for you. You will save a ton of money this way.
Are your deals out yet? I called you guys and gave you my info but havent heard back.
Should be out today. Keep in mind we do all brands so we go through one at a time. We finished most yesterday, doing Chevrolet today.
