Only thing I see to improve is to remove the $599 Mobile Service Plus if thats possible?
What else am I missing to improve this?
Sorry
MSRP is $51,789
This looks outstanding. Great value.
Nowhere do I see a 599 charge for mobile service. You can always remove service fees. I wouldn’t ask them; I would tell them. Don’t be timid about junk service fees that you don’t want. Be nice but firm. Above all, be in control of the deal. I think it’s great that you received a preview copy of the lease before signing. I routinely do that and also require that they provide their dealer worksheet. The idea is to avoid surprises at signing. I was surprised that there is no charge for an acquisition fee. Is the fund provider GM Financial? If so, their acq fee is 695.
I confirmed all the calculations, and they’re spot on. BTW, your one-pay is 7612.08, not 4948.27.
@delta737h thank you for this.
I am showing amount of lease as $8,448 with $3,500 incentives for cash due as $4948. Am I reading it wrong?
Confirmed that the Service Plus which is currently rolled into MSRP can be waived so total cash due would be $4,306
The cash due after the 3500 rebate is 4948 which is not the one-pay. The one-pay is still 7612. The 3500 rebate is deducted from 7612 to arrive at the amount you owe at signing … 4948. So, DAS = 4948 after the rebate. You just messed up on the terminology.
The MSRP should never include a service fee unless it’s itemized on the window sticker. Service agreements don’t add value to the vehicle. I suspect it is a dealer add-on and am glad it’s being removed. Make sure you’re reimbursed for the tax (8.75% x 599). I always secure a copy of the window sticker. So, my document package includes lease agreement, dealer worksheet that gets sent to the fund provider, and the window sticker.
UPDATE - despite what I was told, at the final step they would not remove the mobile Service Plus. Said because its on the sticker its from manufacture. Its a service where they come to your house to do routine maintenance which on a 2yr EV lease seems absolutely worthless.
Yes, mobile service is included in the MSRP not a dealer added stuff. I don’t think you can negotiate that. GM don’t charge acquisition fee on Blazer EV lease.
Nice deal. Do it!
I think you are only effectively paying for 18% of the $599 as it is included in the residual.
