Deal Check 2024 Chevrolet Blazer AWD RS

Any advice…?

550 mth, 550 DAS in Texas

A 36mo/12k has a 74% residual?!? Is this electric? What about taxes, are they rolled in?

Chevy is adding the $7500 ev credit to the rv rather than give it as a cap cost reduction.

Yes electric, everything all-in.

Can’t tell you if this is a good deal or not. What I can tell you is the following…

MSRP = 60215
dealer disc. = 7175 (11.9% discount)
Sell price = 53040
Capped amounts:
acq. fee = 695
ancilliary = 600 (looks like BS)
Gross Cap = 54335
CCR = 0
Net Cap = 54335

money factor = .00289 is this the buy rate?
Residual = 44833
Res. Factor = 74,46% makes no sense… res. factors are whole percents (76%, 74%, etc.)

Texas taxes the sell price at either 6.25% or, 1.25% if you’re eligible for tax credits. No where do I see taxes of either 3315 or 663.Where is the dealer doc fee? Title/Reg/license fees? Amount due at lease signing appears to be your 1st payment only … 550.53 calculated as follows…

.00289 x (54335 + 44833) + (54335 - 44833) / 36 = 550.53

Looks like some fees are missing.

Didn’t realize that. So, the res factor is 62%. I think they need to clarify the residual calculation. Didn’t realize it was an EV.

What do you want them to clarify? The residual value is provided. The dealer isn’t going to list the whole calculation out. They likely have no clue why it is what it is anyway.

It’s likely on their worksheet which is why I always request it.
