Deal Check: 2024 BMW IX xDrive50 Loaner 12K miles

Hey guys I am based in Texas and have a deal from a local dealer for an loaner IX with 12000 miles on it. What do yall rate this deal? I know it is hard to get a good lease deal in Texas but this does seem pretty good, except for the high mileage of the car, since it has been driven so much I worry about the condition of the car. Would love yalls thoughts!

MSRP: 94000
Discount: 24,834
Rebates: 5900
DAS: First month
Monthly: 680/mo
Term: 36months at 12k miles. They said all taxes and fees have been calculated into the monthly.

This spec has the convenience package and DAPP.

You should already be driving this if the deal is legit.

Haha ok so it’s worth jumping on immediately even with the 12K miles already on the car?

If you’re only driving it the 36/36 You’ll likely be in warranty the whole time. What’s not to like?

It is a nice deal. Keep in mind you might have to replace the tires pretty soon if the dealer doesn’t replace them for you.

I’d pull the deal off the table if tires even get brought up.

They at least have to be CPO-passing so you should get a few thousand miles out of them at least.
Then you can buy a set that lasts longer than the max 25K the stock AS’s last.

Got another local offer for $600 a month but instead of Driving assistance, its the sports package. Is DAPP really worth it?

Again, If the deal is legit you should be driving it already.

Whatever suits you best. You can always add DA Plus to a non-DA pro iX through the portal if you decide you want the distance pacing and lane keeping.

You are basically buying a used iX with new car financing and rebates. Used 2024 Ixs are going for low to mid $60K. Is the $5900 rebate in addition to the $25K discount? If so, then you are in a relatively good spot.

Please elaborate!

Also, there’s no loyalty, conquest or corporate on IX, right?
