This is my first post and would appreciate any feedback on this deal, especially if y’all have tips to improve this.

Car has premium and parking assist package with Sensatec seats.

I am currently leasing a 530i and am using the Costco Auto program, which is contributing $1000 off MSRP and a discount on the dealer fees.

The $1200 remaining payments is to replace the tires on my current lease (do not have the run flats). This was the only thing they flagged on my pre-inspection.

Questions

1. Curious if y’all think I could try to get more off the MSRP, given the supposed shortage of gas 4 series Gran Coupes.

2. Any advice to lower the MF 0.0025 (6%)? Not sure how much wiggle room there is even with Tier 1 credit and asked if it is marked up. Dealership didn’t say what the base rate was.
