I’ve received a couple of deals from different dealers, but this appears to be the best one. 3yr/10k. Would love to get your feedback:

Rebate: $9000 ($7500 EV, $1000 Costco, $500 extra)
Total Savings + Rebate: $15,460
Net Selling Price: $45,700

Paid by customer: $3601 (first month, lic, doc, acq fee and taxes upfront)
Residual $34,861
Total Monthly payment: $555

Did they add Audicare to increase the residual by 1%?

It looks like they are also raising the MF by .0003 above buy rate

Thanks - Currently the Audicare isn’t included, but I figured I could add that at the end.
Regarding the MF, it’s actually .00246. Dealer said that’s his sell rate. He told me he’s offering 800 more off, which covers it. He claimed they don’t make as much with the F&F discount applied, so he has a little markup on the MF. Not sure how truthful he’s being on that…

Overall, do you feel it’s a decent deal? I’ve been researching the hell out of everything on this site, but it’s still my first time considering a lease. thanks again for the support!

It’s a buyers market for luxury EVs, which makes this a curious choice.

Paying effectively ~$650 for one of the less equipped and less desirable ones feels on the high side.
