Deal check 2024 Audi Etron GT

,

I know the best Etron GT deals are gone but may come back again with the refreshed model next year. Nonetheless we are cross-shopping the i4 M50 and really like the Audi. This deal seems decent for current rates but I’m new to leasing and would like more opinions.

North Carolina
2024 Etron GT Premium Plus
36mo,7500mi/yr
Demo with 2129 miles
$0 DAS, Audi pays first payment, 35 payments of $874/mo

MSRP $116,915
$68,661 residual (58.75%)
.00075 money factor (marked up from mfr .00035 from what I can tell)
$10,500 incentives ($7500 Lease Rebate, $3000 customer cash)
Dealer discount $14,417 (12.3%)
Doc fee $698
DMV fees $342.50

I don’t have any other numbers, I’ll be seeing the full contract this morning to see if they snuck anything else in. This is as close as I can seem to get on the deal calculator, link.

My biggest question is whether the dealer discount is enough given this is a demo that has been in inventory for 11 months.

Thanks for your advice!

The I4 is a much better deal

Thanks for the feedback!

I agree current i4 deals are better when comparing the two but our goal isn’t necessarily getting the best deal period, it’s getting a good deal on the car we want. This car is for my wife and she prefers the Audi so I’m trying to see how good of a deal I can get on it.

Turns out there may be no deal for now as recall 47UP seems to have put a stop sale on pretty much all Etron GTs.

What a novel concept.

Honestly with all the problems on the eTron GTs, I’m not sure if you would want to put your wife in one.

Not about the safety risk, but unless she’s willing to work through inconveniences herself, seems like a bigger headache than it’s worth.

that’s not even an apples to apples comparison…

One looks like young Gisele and other looks like old Pamela. I wouldn’t compare them at all.

I don’t know if I’d go quite that far but I know the beauty of the i4 is in the eye of the beholder.

Unfortunately we don’t care for the EQE, EQS or Model S and can’t afford a Taycan. I’m interested in checking out the Lucid Air but haven’t figured out when we can make the road trip to see one and we won’t buy sight unseen.

As far as I know that’s all there is in terms of premium EV sedan competition.

Its definitely a risk and has us second guessing, it’s just such a beautiful car!

Thankfully it is a second vehicle for her and we’ll still have the family SUV if the Audi gives us trouble.

An EV that can’t be charged at home is a non-starter, literally. No matter how hot she is.

I don’t understand what you mean, can you explain? The etron GT can be charged on a level 1 or 2 charger. I’ve read about a few issues some owners are having but it’s unclear there is a widespread problem. What am I missing?

I saw you said you can’t afford. A Taycan. I’ve seen leases here and there for around $750 a month. If you don’t need a car right away. Be patient and you might find a deal:)

Fair point, when I started looking they don’t seem out of the realm of possibility.

For anyone following along I just want to report that there is indeed a stop sale on all etron GTs through dealers so we are no longer shopping for one, made the decision easy. More info at https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2024/RCMN-24V465-1873.pdf.

47UP Recall parts (updated brake hoses) are now available. My RS was the 1st one to be done (yesterday) at an Orange County Audi dealership.

Hi there, just got a quote for an 2024 RS etron gt
MSRP $158690

$799/month
3.2k das
NY

How does this deal look?

without the details- incentives, term, MF, pre-incentive discounts, can’t make much of comment. However, if for 24/7500 and that $799 is all in- that likely is a strong deal with remaining inventory.

Rebates at $20k which includes 12.5k and 7.5k
Money factor used is .00051
24/7.5k miles

Originally dealer want $899 with 3k das

Assuming DAS includes first month, that is ~$890/month effective. A pretty solid deal for late November (with availability dwindling).
