Deal Check - 2023 Porsche Macan T 39/10 949/mo 1800 DAS

Hello All,

I have been browsing this website for years. It has helped me in the past to negotiate leases.

After 4 BMWs in the last ten years ( 3,4,5,7), I am ready for something new.

The local dealer has this 23 Macan T - x loaner, and I am not sure if the numbers they are offering are a good starting point. Any help/insight is much appreciated.

Thats what I was thinking. It seems as though they are basing the value on the original MSRP

Yet, if I were to finance it, it would be based on the 62k.

Thanks for your comment.

I’m not sure what you mean, the RV on a lease is based on the original MSRP, but all the other inputs like MF and discount are not.

The discount seems decent, but this is a crap lease largely due to the atrocious MF which is close to 9%. The $1295 Starguard isn’t helping.

Also in CA isn’t tax levied on the monthly payment amount? If so then that $4900 of up front sales tax is incorrect and shouldn’t be there.

If you were to finance it, your total out the door would be more like $62k + $1295 Starguard + $4911 tax (if that’s correct) + $1k fees = $69k.

Push for 20% off on a loaner, then ask for 12month lease, 15k miles/year.
