I was checking to see if this deal was worth me signing or should I keep shopping?

Absolutely not. Why would you buy lease a vehicle that is going on 2 model years old with no rebate? You would be better off buying a used Mach-E. They are going for mid $30K

Don’t confuse discounts and incentives

2024 Mach-E is getting $9600 lease support before dealer discount

$9600, wow, I didn’t know that. where can I find that?

Go to the Ford website. There is a $9350 rebate on 2023 Mach-Es. They are advertising Premium trim at under $300 a month with $5K down, but you can negotiate a large discount.

Thanks,
I just keep getting the run around. Sometimes they do the 3 card Monty with the discounts and prices. They think they can Jedi Mind trick you. It can be frustrating.

That is why you need to know all the rebates and discounts that are available to you. Use the calculator to figure out a target price based on available information, then contact dealers via e-mail with you offer if they have a vehicle you like. Start with the $9350 rebate and 10% discount on a 2023 and see who will bite, or shoot for a 2024 with a little less discount. You know the tax and fee structure in MD.

One last thing. It looks like the best deal is on the 2023 Premium Trim with a low MF for 36 months/10500 miles. Do you really need 15K miles per year? It hurts the residual even more. Using your numbers I get about $525 a month at 12K miles per year with only the first month payment due at signing. This assumes a 10% discount from MSRP and the $9300 Red Carpet Lease cash available from the Ford website. Ask the dealer about the cash, as it may not be available on all cars.

This is a result of a fundamental issue with your approach.

If you go in to the conversation already knowing exactly what the deal should be and then make the dealer an offer based on that, you completely circumvent that process. If you go in without that information and ask them how much they want you to pay, you’re enabling the jedi mind games.

Thank you, I will approach it differently now.

Thank you, this really helped. I have shot off around 8 email messages to 8 dealers. Including the ones who tried to 3 card monty me.
I expect to get something done by the end of the week.
