Sale Price: 50,000 MSRP: 61,000 (18% Pre-incentive Discount) +1500 loyalty
Lease: 36 months/10k miles
Monthly payment: $585 + $3,000 due at signing (first month, acquisition fee, registration, sales price tax - I have to pay it up front where I am)
Thoughts?
I don’t follow the X3 market at all, but at first blush to me, this seems like a decent deal for an M40i

Subjectively at first glance thats a decent deal for one of these.
Agreed. Just make sure the in-service date is less than one year ago and that you’re ok with replacing not just one but possibly two sets of tires
18% off an a BMW Baby M Suv is a good deal anyday.
And I got my car a year ago you dingus.
I guess I’ll drive less “spirited.” 
On the plus side, this latest deal goes to show sports cars are becoming more hackable.
I’m sure someone is going to call me out saying X3 M40i can’t be a sports car.
