Deal Check: 2023 BMW i4 eDrive 40

,

After working with a couple local dealers, and talking with a couple brokers, I have the best offer so far. However, it doesn’t seem to have that wow factor that I’ve seen elsewhere.

MSRP: $69,870
Discount: $4,703 (6.75%)
Incentives: $8,000
MF: .00225
Terms: 36/12k
DAS: $1,872
Payment: $794 (tax rate 9.8%)

I have already asked for a lower MF, and a larger discount. Unfortunately, PNW BMW dealers seem to have a bad rap here, so my only other option would be a broker and shipping. What else might I be missing?

Here is a calculator for the numbers: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

I pushed for a lower MF again, but was told this is their best deal.

I’d really want 8 without buy-rate, but it’s a tough nut to crack in your region.

There’s really nothing cool about the i4 to warrant a $70k sticker price. This is a classic pnw dealer tactic of stocking only the models with inflated and sub optimal package choices. The discount on the car is pure mind game and not real.

Maybe consider a Q8 etron.

You can option up an i4 pretty heavily.

You wanna see crazy?

Yep! You can get the 35 close to 70 with options and the 40 close to 75!

IMO, It does not seem to be a good deal especially if it indeed is 2023 model. MF is marked up super high. Buy rate/base mf on 2023 is 0.00185. Secondly for 2023 model the % off MSRP is not that great.

Some people actually prefer the 2023 model as you could get shadowline without having to buy msport too.

Me personally included :upside_down_face:

Me too. I had a 2023 i4 sold from under me. But oh well… there is always another one  or may be not
