What’s the dealer discount, MF, residual, tax rate? Any incentives? Need more info to set up the calculator properly…

Tried doing this in the LH calc, using dealer fee to get to the 3500 DAS and same monthly. I used 22% off MSRP to get a LH score of 7.8 years
B/c Audis in general don’t lease well, but, specifically, this model appears to have a so-so MF, a fairly low RV, and, most importantly, absolutely no incentives or rebates. No car will lease well w/o the latter, even w/ a strong discount.
