Negative. no MSDs. Instead CCR ~$8.1
Have you tried Truecar? I know I saw a bunch of 11ās
Itās not a bad deal given that itās 12k miles. If they threw in Audi Care- Iād say this deal is better than most āmarket pricingā or haggle free on LH.
Nope. Feel free to share a link or a screenshot of the deal for others looking at this car.
EDIT: Have you actually received an offer from a Truecar dealer honoring 11% off MSRP?
go for 7500 miles a year and pay the .25/miles at term itās much cheaper
You can ask all the people who got an Etron GT on this forum, I donāt anyone will take an effective ~$1,100 payment
I thought AFS uses .35 for mile overage.
Thanks for the tip.
I just checked and I can see some 10ās this morning but once I click them the numbers change. I know I saw 11ās and higher yesterday although I canāt recall how big of a radius I was checking to assess the overall market.
I have observed the following:
- Truecar lags in updating prices on their site after dealers make changes
- Market prices are volatile on this car and dealers seem to react accordingly
Bottom line you got keep checking manually unless you want to get into web scrapping.
Sorry. Didnāt know the above but I learned from your perseverance.
Good luck!
PS: About your last question. No quotes for '24. I am only interested in '23 models right now and Iāve gotten one yesterday. FYI, I do my own quotes online.
But, I did see few discounts above 11 as I mentioned on '24 yesterday so donāt give up. Just like fishingā¦You never know.
So why didnāt reach out to the dealer and take the deal?
Btw, I am not shopping for a car. Just trying to help folks.
Time is $. If you truly enjoying hunting- keep at it. But if you want a car- save time and a deal to inventory that you may not have access to- reach out to Sam @autopia and some other LH brokers. Thatās what their job is- connecting ppl so that you can save time/effort.
I had been hunting for the past 3 months- even expanded to nation wide look at Magnet gray q8 eTron Prestige, black, black optics, no tow, no AC charging package. I talked to some LHers and their dealer contacts, but I couldnāt get an aggressive enough deal done.
Program change monthly. Costco is limited. Penned requires planning more than 60 days in advance.
Timing is everything.
In the end Sam at Autopia found a unicorn deal for me on a car that I wasnāt even considering at the time. Iām still amazed that we pulled it off and the proof is the car is at my house.
Iāve been LH since the og eTron unicorn deals.
Good luck in your hunt.
Hi, just some suggestionsā¦
-
Do a 7.5k mileage and pay the $0.25 overage.
-
Run numbers with a 12 mo term (+4% RV bump) as it could be cheaper.
-
Consider a one-pay to drop MF by 0.00050.
-
Consider Audi Care for the +1% RV bump.
Discount if ok not great. But your structure could benefit. Goodluck!
Doc , since when you got into advertising business for Sam @autopia
LOL! When Iām in LA, we should all go to lunch @Samaudibh @calbear
Gotta give love to all my Audi guys @Samaudibh @autopia @DonnyAudi
Mind you, his plug worked too. Doc has pointed me from the getgo to both of you gentlemen and I can confirm that his reference definitely stands out and permanently in my book.
Spoke with Sam this afternoon and got a deal in motion. There are no words to describe how awesome the interaction was between us.
Spent roughly 25% of our 15 minute call discussing business and the rest was about our own individual enthusiasm for cars and other stuff like travel destinations we both enjoy. I never had this much fun working on a car deal.
Now I know where to turn family members, friends and work tech buddies when theyāre in the market for their new drive
Your tips are priceless. Truly appreciate the love and care you show! Thank you!!!
Anytime! I am game.
