Deal check: 2023 alfa romeo veloce

Deal Check here. Dealer wouldn’t allow me to take a photo of the deal but I’ve put the numbers in the calculator. They are at $456 incl. tx.

Basically it’s 2k DAS, + $898 trade equity. (2021 Alfa Romeo Sprint)

Any experts care to comment? Take it or wait?
Been working on this with the dealer for a week or so.

Thanks for all the great info that’s been made available on this forum.

Looks good :face_with_peeking_eye: but wait for what others have to say

42 months is the best term on Alfa? or is it 24/39?

They can do 24/36/39 too, but 42 worked out best. Their national lease special is a 42mo lease also.

Is the incentive a regional thing? I don’t see it on the website or on Edmunds.

Could be regional. Here in So. Cal its $4250 (or at least at the dealer I’m with), but they’ve given me a little more. Finance guy said something about coupons they can apply when they sell a pre-owned car.

Check what @Clutch can offer. He’s in your region, maybe he can do better

Is the car you’re considering pre-owned?

Why are you doing a 42 month lease?

Did you run the numbers for a 36 or 39 month lease?

Your calculator shows $898.

Your calculator shows $5500 in incentives. Are you sure they are not applying loyalty/returning lease incentive to the deal?

No. Finance guy said when they sell a certified pre-owned vehicle they can apply a coupon to an upcoming new vehicle deal. Thats what I understood from him.

Yes, you’re right, $898, as is in the calculator. I’ll edit

I did run the numbers. Not as good.

What was the payment difference?

When you do the math on other terms, keep in mind 42 months means 6 months of registration you’ll pay for and never use, 39 months is 9 months. That’s roughly 1 months payment.

What’s the warranty? I wouldn’t want to lease beyond that either.

Fun fact! In Indiana, they will refund you for unused registration costs if you request it.

Many states do; not the one OP tagged

Hi, can you tell me who the SoCal dealer is and Sales Rep? Best I have found on a 2023 Giulia Volece is ~$2500 DAS and $500/month on a 42mo/10K yr lease.

Warranty is 4yr/50k

Was that incl. tx? Dealer is Van Nuys Alfa Romeo…Sales Rep. is Rocco. I did in fact sign last Friday for $453mo. incl. tx. I’ll post full breakdown of numbers.

Not sure why the residual is showing 21,942, actual on paperwork is 21,497. Just checked again, residual is right on calc. was looking at a different line.

Thanks for sharing. That was for a 2023 Giulia Veloce trim, right?
