There should be a decent amount of base X3 loaners out there so think about going that route.
This thread may have already run its course, but there are a couple of 2020 X3M loaners at a dealership in Chicagoland that might be prospective LH worthy pursuits.

They have essentially priced them to move and won’t negotiate further last I spoke to them.
