I’d say you’re in a good spot discount wise. That’s very strong. Nice and low MF but unfortunately HA’s do have a lower residual.
At some point, someone will chime in and ask if you want to pay that much for a Grand Cherokee and mention something about the safety of the vehicle.

I won’t mention the safety thing. Just the former.
It is a lot to pay for an outgoing model
Hard hard pass… something this old needs to lease better than 0.6-0.7x% like the QX60 did in 2018 and the MDX in 2020 to be even worth considering.
If the RV/MF programs are this bad, just move on. Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.
So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.
