I got this offer from a dealer for a 2021 BMW X7 Build. They said they don’t have any more 2020 or 2021 in the lot or dealership and would rather do a BUILD than a LOCATE.

DETAILS:

• MF of .0082
• 12K/36 months
• Location: Monroe, NJ 08831

Eligible Incentives:
Rebate: $1,500 (lease cash and conquest)
Please advise if I can avail of other incentives/discounts

Appreciate if someone can help me plug the deal on the Lease Calculator

Anyways, please kindly guide a newbie in this journey and appreciate any suggestions, comments.
I am open to working with any brokers or dealers as well.

10% pre-incentive discount and base MF is about the best you will get with a broker on here.

I’d find it really hard to stomach a ~$1,000 payment on a minimally equipped ($79k) X7 40i

Btw, it’s really hard for strangers to know what incentives you qualify for. Look up other BMW deals and familiarize yourself with common incentives such as loyalty (this one is obvious), Corp/fleet, OL, etc etc.

Also look into MSD.

Can someone help me in plugging in the numbers and details on Lease Hackers Calculator.

Can’t seem to get the numbers right for a Lease Deal of 12k per year on 36 months lease.

Out of these Incentives I know of, this our what I am eligible for:

Incentives
Loyalty/Conquest= $1500

Am I getting a good deal or can this be better thru maybe other dealers or brokers?

Biggest issue I seen at first glance is your tax rate should be 6.625%, not 0.06625%

Gov fees shouldn’t be 0 either.

Reg/plates are like ~$350

Luxury surcharge is 0.4% of the selling price

That’s certainly one way to look at the deal. But I couldn’t do ~$970 on an almost base X7

BMW leases in general are terrible right now (yes there are exceptions such as highly discounted loaners with stacked incentives and MSD).

I agree just looking at BMW leases as of late and they are terrible unless u find a Fart Car with incentives and use MSD.
