Deal Check, 2021 BMW X5 Custom Build in Boston-10% off and Base MF

,

New to the forum and leasing. I am in Boston and hoping to get a BMW X5
I am getting 36/10, fees and taxes.
2021 BMW X5 xDrive40i with M package Build ( MSRP $75,145)
$859/mo. with tax $2,524 Drive off (no down payment)

How does this sound?

Thank you!

Is this a 2021? Might want to update your post. Lack of Incentives hurts…

Correct 2021. Updated

Is this a custom build?

10% and no marked up MF is about as good as you’re going to get at the moment.

If you have the luxury of not needing the vehicle in the short term wait it out, signup for a BMW event to get an OL discount code, and consider joining BMWCCA (if you can wait 6 months). Incentives should also improve and they’ll be more ex-loaners available.

Otherwise it’s difficult to look beyond a Volvo XC90 at the moment as it’ll be ~$300p/m less for similar level tech, quality interior, etc.

The 21 is a better lease program.

$500 in LC compared to $0 for 20.
And, the RV is 1% higher for 21.

This is the deal I offered him - just for full disclosure.

Based on the past 6-9 months or so, the X5 40i never really had a lot of incentives. If memory serves me right, it was only the 50i that had a “large” incentive on it. I dont recall ever seeing more than maybe $1000 in LC?

MSD’s drop $40

In todays market and given lack of incentives this may be the best you can do right now on a new 21 vehicle. To be honest being in the same area the 10% pre-incentive and base MF is best you will find “right now”. Personally this is one time I would probably think about rolling in all the upfronts minus registration and use MSD’s. The MSD’s will save you $40-$43 a month an you get your cash back in the end rather than tossing 2.5K at the car with an okayish deal. Dang lack of incentives is making car shopping hard.

Yeah I can’t remember it being more than $1k plus maybe $1k for loyalty, but the MF was a little higher. Hopefully the market unwinds quickly, BMW are left with a lot of inventory and they up the incentives; that’s just a pipe dream though.

I’m waiting for things to improve to get a 40i or 45e, but hard to look past the XC90 deals at the moment.

I just purchased one with a $73k msrp. Dealer gave me $7500 off and said there is a $2500 rebate. So I got $10k off msrp total. I do not qualify for loyalty or any of those others. Just a general $2500 rebate. This was in Texas as well.

There is not a $2500 rebate on an X5 in the northeast.

Honestly I can’t image there is anywhere on a 21.

Are you talking tax credit?

Did you finance? I think there was a 2500 incentive but only for financing, not for leasing. At least in the north east.

No tax credit. Yes I did finance with BMW. It says on the sales sheet $2500 rebate. This is a purchase, not a lease.

Oh well that makes sense then

Can’t compare lease and finance rebates
