Hi everyone. New to LeaseHackr and did a lot of reading/forum-searching before diving into this deal. Quickly discovered that this model is hard to come by, especially in the Pacific Northwest, and even harder to negotiate (…for this newbie, at least). This is where I’ve landed. Appreciate any constructive feedback. Thanks in advance.

But this monthly seems pretty high compared to the west coast brokers.
Although I know Oregon/Washington can be tough, Sina at @AutoCompanion is amazing, or @Clutch and @IAC are ; or one of the other southwest/west coast brokers who can lease out of state BMW’s.
Appreciate the responses! I’m open to working with a broker but am a bit short on time (my current lease is up soon) so prioritizing local dealerships.
No state tax (yay) but we do have a “privilege tax” that applies to all vehicle sales in Oregon. Comes out to $301.78 in this case, which I plugged into Gov Fees.
Someone’s going to come in here and give you the usual speech.
But you would know that’s a meh deal (~10% discount is what ya wanna shoot for) by knowing the comps (check others signed x4’s), knowing what all the Edmonds info of RV, MF and what not. But you seem to have that already
So when you plug it all in you know what target monthly you’ll need to be around.
When checking others deals here look at their % discount, that’s what you want to aim for.
Low expectations low disappoint, it is January - and know the facts what you’re entitled to incentive wise, what #’s you’ll need to meet your target.
PNW is a different beast - if you’re in OR, make sure you shop BMW Portland and Kuni BMW. Absent that, it may just be an “is what it is” short of bringing a car up from SoCal.
So I’ve learned very quickly… Sigh. I’ve been in touch with both, too. This is BMW Portland’s deal. Looks like I may just have to go the broker/out of state route.
