$3700 down (first month, taxes, fees) OR $2080 down with taxes rolled in monthly
$516/mo OR $567/mo with taxes rolled in monthly
Effective monthly cost ~$600/mo with all taxes and fees
Have a feeling I could’ve negotiated a bigger % off the MSRP, but I’m new to leasing and didn’t want to be too aggressive. Also hoping to get an OL code from the UDE event, which should shave another $500 off. Not eligible for any loyalty credits, and not sure I want cash locked up in MSDs.
There are a number of brokers on here who should be able to get you 10-11% off pre-incentive on a special order X3 3.0, especially easy as you’re in the NY area.
I would spend some time in the Marketplace section.
And you’ll have to check the terms of the OL code you receive, many are not valid on previously ordered cars.
I’m in NY and Looking for a similar build …Curious what BMW dealer you used. I’ve been quoted much higher but haven’t done any negotiating yet. The one they are looking to sell is MSRP 52,495, 1750 rebate (they didn’t do anything except the rebate) , same residual %, MF and term. 4,219.73 and RV of 29,397.2. I know this is a bad deal.
The one i custom build on BMW website has MSRP of 51,850.
I have an offer on $51695
$4600 discount (.89%)
$3500 incentives - $1750 lease cash, $750 loyalty, $500 lease to lease, $500 OL code
.00082
36/12k - 55%
Tier 1 credit
Flat $500 tax (S Carolina)
$535/mo
$535 due at signing
I have $1750 more in incentives which equates to about $17/mo, but your residual is 1% better which reduces that number, not sure by how much without calculating it. Your tax rate is higher. Basically I would think you can get a payment between $555-$560/mo. on that car, with 1st payment at signing.
