Audi took the V8 option out of the A6 to call it an S6. Just like how every 550i is now an M550i, and a 335i coupe became an M440i.
An S6 Prestige starts at $86k.

I know I’m in the reply thread my apologies but I started a new account yesterday and I’m not sure how to post a question in “Ask the hackers” about a deal I have. Going in to sign tomorrow and wanted to bounce it off the gurus. Any help is appreciated.
Can you actually lease an S6 prestige for 900/mo? Last I checked an 82k Audi I wanted was around 1100/mo for a good deal but that was a while ago.
There’s a minimum number of posts/threads you must read before being allowed to post. Spend a little more time poking around and you should be good to go for starting your own thread.
Have you confirmed with the dealer to ensure incentives are not already included in the sale price? If yes, deal looks solid.
Even if they were it’s still 12.6% off, the fact he was at 14 is almost unbelievable, but awesome.
Yes - I was clear with the leasing director that the sale price is pre-incentive (and he told me the $799 / mo works, which assumes this). Again, still pending a final term sheet so let’s see what the dealership comes back with tomorrow.
I can’t get more than 10% off pre incentive here in NY/NJ
Been at it for 2 months
10% is very strong on an m550
Hey any update! I want to see a conclusion and pics!
Update - TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IS CONFIRMED (maybe)!
This morning the sales associate said he spoke with his GM and got some revised pricing. They came back to me with the same terms above except with a 9.1% discount off of MSRP instead of the verbally / text approved 14.3% (new payment comes out to ~$942 / mo w tax). The additional up-front loss is apparently too much for the dealership to stomach.
I’m sticking with my original terms since I still think they’re fair (and since it’s the max I want to pay for a car right now). and he told me he wanted to confirm a few things before getting back to me. Few hours of radio silence since that back and forth though so who knows what will happen…
I’m not crazy surprised by the outcome so far but I’ll keep everyone updated as things progress.
Stay tuned!
My broader point is that every throwaway comment about why Audis lease poorly is now true about BMWs.
Not enough discount
Not enough incentive
Not enough RV inflation
Not enough bang for your MSD bucks
Nobody can deny BMWs lease terribly now compared to very recently
Can do 10% of a brand new m550 if it can be signed before year end!
This is true but it still hasn’t reached dismal Audi territory yet.
What was the end result??
Firstly Happy New Years all! After some hacking / a whole day’s worth of discussions - WE SIGNED! Not quite at the number I was looking for, but I’m pretty pleased!
See below:
MSRP - 88,650
Sale Price - 78,325 (-11.65%)
Taxed Rebates (addon) - $2,500 (they found another $750 this afternoon)
Money Down - Drive Off’s + $1,595 (I really wanted that $799 payment…)
Payment - $799 / mo after 7.75% taxes
Term - 36 months / 15,000 per year
Appreciate the feedback from you all! Glad we made it here and VERY glad I can finally get some sleep! HNY!
Hny!whats the payment?

What were the total drive offs @WhiteCarBlackWheels?
