Deal Check: 2021 BMW 228i xDrive Gran Coupe Loaner

Hi Leasehackr Crew! I understand deals are hard to come by nowadays so would appreciate your thoughts on the numbers below before I sign. I punched it into the calculator, and the monthly payment that popped up was $382 so maybe there’s some wiggle room here? Thanks!

Solid deal, I think it sounds like a lot for a 2 series but in this climate I think that’s a good discount. I’m assuming you’ve looked into incentives but if you do qualify for loyalty, college grad, OL, etc. stacking should help.

On top of that, maybe use MSDs to lower that MF

Money factor is off (marked-up but beyond its max.)

Discount looks solid.

Residual value is off by a %point

Noted. Thanks for the tips!

@LetsDoThis @beemer thanks for your advice. With your notes in hand, I had some back and forth with the dealership and signed 36/10 for $355/ mo including taxes with $1,500 DAS, no MSDs. I’m not sure how they worked the numbers, but the sales price on the contract was higher at $33,587.

Tier bump due to credit?

Do the math what does this come out to. Take into fact any rebates you qualify for.

If you work for a large company check if you qualify for corporate fleet if you don’t have a bmw already.
