Dealer discount looks very good, have you confirmed MF and RV on Edmunds? Judging by the dealer fees, it’s from out of state dealer. If that’s the case, you could save ~$700 over the lease term by adding 6 MSDs.
Yes the MF, RV, incentives are confirmed by Edmunds and yes this is out of state.
Solid deal on Q5 IMO. Adding MSDs would make it even sweeter.

If you absolutely have to have a 2021 Q5, this isn’t bad.
Personally I could never spend this much on an absolutely base model. I’d look at other makes and models that have more OEM lease support in the form of higher RV, more incentives etc etc.
I’m only interested in a compact SUV and have considered the Q5 / QX50 / Stelvio / GLC. Our preference was the GLC but it was above my budget. Stelvio was similarly priced and performance is great, but interior was lacking. QX50 was the cheapest and we have loyalty but we’ve had it for six years and wanted to try something new. What else would you consider? For the Q5, how much more is the premium plus trim worth?
