Impossible to rate this without knowing how this MF compares to base and how much of your discount is made up of incentives. Get this info from Edmunds.
This could be a great number or a horrible number. Impossible to tell without knowing what rebates get you there and if they’re bumping the mf to show a larger discount.
FWIW, I don’t think 12% pre-incentive is very strong on an Alfa.

I’m suspicious of a sheet that shows $0 rebates and $0 acq fee. Those are customer rebates. They can’t hide them. And, maybe I’m wrong, but I thought Ally still had acq fee.
You are in PA, so I don’t understand $2k in taxes on a ~$13k lease cost? Shouldn’t it be way less than that?
