This could be a great number or a horrible number. Impossible to tell without knowing what rebates get you there and if they’re bumping the mf to show a larger discount.

Something is off then as the 62% RV from Edmunds doesn’t match the 61% on this deal.

I gave the lease terms and mileage on edmunds and that is what the moderator came back with.

Edmunds gives lease programs for the captive bank, not ally. You can’t combine idl cash with the captive bank programs.

FWIW, I don’t think 12% pre-incentive is very strong on an Alfa.

Dealer discount on MSRP before incentives is not great, besides that what else am I missing?

I’m suspicious of a sheet that shows $0 rebates and $0 acq fee. Those are customer rebates. They can’t hide them. And, maybe I’m wrong, but I thought Ally still had acq fee.
You are in PA, so I don’t understand $2k in taxes on a ~$13k lease cost? Shouldn’t it be way less than that?
