Hello! Been lurking a bit and would love some feedback on this deal. I know these cars don’t lease super well, but truthfully I enjoy the vehicle. Coming from a 2016 GTI, I’m a fan of the MQB platform and DSG transmission. Still, I’d like to hear some honest thoughts on this deal. Appreciate y’all’s time!

Dealer said the difference in price for 10K lease is $293.04 over the life of the lease. I asked if they’d be willing to discount the car further to cover it and I’d sign today - was promptly told no dice. If I do end up purchasing the car I will probably go the 10K route, but the numbers for the 36/7500 are what I have on hand.
