Shows $7,169 and $1,000 loyalty for AZ zip code. You need to find out exact incentives as @mllcb42 said. Are you doing a-plan? With these incentives you are at around invoice (6.73%)

I think loyalty on the XC90 is $1000 for your region until Sept 30 if you have current Volvo lease.
The XC90 hybrid is also eligible for $5415 federal tax credit which they are likely using and passing on to you as “savings” already.
Costco would have helped but I think that program is over.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i should approach the sellers? should i just send them my calculation for what i want?
I wouldn’t send them the calculator, but you can certainly make them an offer for the terms you want.
