Thoughts?

12% pre-incentive, if that’s at buy rate, is good. That doc fee is insane, so that claws some of that discount back.

Your drive off isn’t zero, it’s first month payment.

$0 and $413 are not the same thing.

Leasing in Virginia is an absolute nightmare due to the double threat of high dealer fees and a truly absurd tax structure on leases (tax on the sales price and an annual property tax).

Basically ~10% off after the doc fee. I’d check the Marketplace to see what brokers are offering… see if the total cost after their fee is lower.

You can do 4 MSD for a .00020 reduction in the MF

Personally I’d pay a little more for a T6 AWD rather than a T5 FWD but that’s up to you.

It will not be lower after brokers fees on a strong discount he’s already getting, unless the car is from NY dealer with capped fees.

@nova - what you can do is try to make MD or PA dealers match this discount and save $400+ on dealer fees. But it depends on how much you value your time. PM me for contacts in MD/PA, if you want to.
