Thoughts on this offer from a Chicago dealer on a 2020 Telluride EX AWD w/Premium Package. I saw lots of markups on the S. I think 5% off list is fair and the lease cash helps. $539/mo. if I pay TTL upfront.

Is that buy rate mf?
5% discount is definitely an improvement over most telluride deals.
Bit surprising this model has an incentive. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a lease, but 5% is pretty good for a telluride.
Not sure. Is it worth asking?
You should always get MF/RV/incentive information from Edmunds before ever talking to a dealer.
Gotcha. Asking in parallel on Edmunds. Aside from that, any thoughts on the offer?
5% is solid on a telluride. 5% at buy rate is even better.
I’ve seen Chicago dealers doing a bit bigger discounts on Palisades, but not substantially better.
Edmunds confirmed the MF/RV and incentives are aligned with the offer.
The best offer I was able to get on a Palisade SEL w/Convenience was $565/mo. The EX is comparable and I prefer the leather over the cloth in the Palisade. This dealer seems pretty hungry to do business. I know that neither the Palisade nor the Telluride are going to be discounted as a result of the current state of the world. I’m leaning toward pulling the trigger.
I don’t think you’ll find a much better price on one in the reasonably near future
