The problem is I really want Distronic and head up display. This one doesn’t have either. Should I look elsewhere in Chicago and Minneapolis? I’m in the Midwest…
Sounds like you’re shopping for the car, and less about the deal. So get what you really want… at the end of the day, if it’s a number you’re comfortable with and you’re getting the car you want, doesn’t it work out?
Otherwise, you will have to keep looking and may end up disappointed.
If I go back to Mercedes I’d never get one without distronic. Had it in my old E550, man that was a nice feature for long drives
I have had two Chicago dealers not even counter on this deal. The fact that the Local Mercedes dealer is giving me all these goodies and the highest trade value my for my BMW by 2k makes me think I should just take the deal, and live without Distronic for 36 Months.
As someone who is picky about options, I would recommend that you find something with the features you really want, even if you pay more for them.
On the other hand, you might want to do some calculations on the extra money you’d be paying for those features, and figure out whether it’s really worth that for them. You may find that some of your must have features are not really worth it.
