I am close to the number that the LH calculator gets, but I did not see many posts around the Virginia area so that I could not compare:(
I know the document fee is not required by the law, so how much can I negotiate on the $679 document fee? Your time is sincerely appreciated!

25K miles a year? Has to be a typo. I am going to assume 7.5K per year. 12% seems pretty generous for a new car, but I think we have seen hybrids for that much as well if you wanted something more fuel-efficient. Also, dealers do not like negotiating fees so it may be easier just to ask for some discount to equal that out.

Thank you for your reply. Yes! It’s a typo and I fixed it.
The cheapest NX 300h with the comfort package at that dealer is $1000 more in MSRP, but has better RV(57%) and MF(0.00015). The lease cash for NX300 base is $2250, while NX 300h is $1500. Basically, the NX 300 is ~$15 less than the hybrid in the monthly payment. I indeed was swinging between these two models and decided to follow the money at the end since I don’t drive that much.:joy:

You look at broker deals for comparison? NYCLIFE has both these models on his sheet iirc, worth giving the #s a run if they are cheaper
