Deal Check: 2020 Honda CR-V EX

Looking for some advice on how to decipher deal sheet, since dealer is adding add-ons. Dealer said they couldn’t remove them, but is adding discount to cover cost.

MSRP: 29,978
Selling Price: 23963
Rebates: 500 college grad
Term: 36/12k
MF/RV: 0.00101/61%
DAS:$0
Monthly:$275

add-ons:
$1698

Location: South Carolina

If I essentially take out add-ons and use official MSRP of 28,780 and a discount of 15% I end up with a monthly payment of 266, which is close to what dealer is quoting(275). Is this the right method to enter values? Is the $9 difference what I’m paying for these add-ons? Thanks in advance.

Looks good!

Thanks! Trying do my due diligence before signing. Do you see any issues with how they’re structuring add-ons?

You do not have the sales tax rate in your calculator.

How many other dealers did you contacted? I have a feeling when you get to this dealer the numbers will change, I have a hard time trusting dealers that have that much aftermarket BS

Enviroguard covers chrome water spotting!!!

That’s worth $999 alone!

SC charges only 500 in tax capped, with prop taxes

Second best dealer was 1K more and they weren’t able to beat this price. Also no extra addons, not like that makes a difference.
