New to this. Plugging numbers to the calculator shows i’m way off on monthly/das. Would this mean I have room to negotiate down/somethings off? This was their first offer. Where to go from here?

Are you sure you can do msd in NY? If you subtract msd and put tax rate 8.875 you looking at $817 monthly so there must be something else missing

No MSD in NY, but the vehicle would be leased in NJ and registered in NY. Not looking to do MSD though. I updated an error in calculator…

I think you’re double counting the rebate. If they’re giving you 10% discount then that’d go in selling price (70,421). even after adjusting that something else is off. did you confirm with the dealer what the MF is? have you looked at broker deals on here? pretty sure ive seen them at 15%+ off pre-incentive

confirmed MF .00122

So it would look more like this below… So the discount should/could be larger? Ill look through some more posts to get an avg.

No more lease-to-lease for November…

From the dealer:

The discounts include:

$3000 BMW Lease Cash

$1000 BMW Loyalty Rebate

10% Off Dealer Discount

All inception fees with the exception of Taxes = $2,710.00.

Sorry i might have mispoken on the pre-incentive discount, but definitely search the marketplace for broker deals. I know there are some in NY too. That calculator looks closer, probably need to uncheck “capitalize all payments” then figure out why the monthly is too low (something else is being capitalized pushing payment up, DAS down). This is closer

There are so many people bailing on X3Ms that you can probably negotiate a better deal in the transfer market

Any particular reason for bailing? Underestimating stiffness of ride?

Probably…

There’s a whole thread on the topic… started a couple of weeks ago. At one point we saw 3 transfers (or was it 4?) come up in a couple of days
