Plug it into the calculator
Sales price? Incentives you qualify for??
I am not that savvy with the calculator. This is as close as I can get.
Your calculator is very close. You are at 9.4% discount before incentives. Which is about the same with 10% off NJ dealers with high dealer fees.
Have you checked recent 330i deals to compare your discount?
There are still plenty of build slots available, including TWO MORE X3 M40is that are about to go into production - 10% off, base MF, and a $500 doc fee!
Please e-mail me at ashleigh@dmvlease.com . Since I created the new account, LH is limiting my messages and replies. I promise I’m not ignoring you - thanks!
All listed cars have a $499 broker fee.
The rest of these are in stock and ready to go!

Not really worth using a broker…it’s paying 500 to save 800…I would just go back and say 10% even and I sign today.
Thanks!
Also, OP, I think you have your tax in there wrong - it should be the second radio button and looks like Westchester by the rate (hi, neighbor!). I also changed the registration to the correct amount for a new one and added the doc fee.
I can get it down to this on a similar MSRP: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=0&msrp=52405&sales_price=46640&months=36&mf=0.00082&dp=0&dealer_fee=0&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=1500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=58®_fee=300&sales_tax=8.375&demo_mileage=0&memo=&acqFee_check=true&totalLeaseTax_radio=true&dealerFee_check=false&govFee_check=false
I would save you about $30 a month, which is about $1,000. The dealership also isn’t in NY, but it’s up to you in the end. It also depends on if you just chose this car because it was a 2020, or if you want specific colors and features that would actually be a slightly lower MSRP and therefore save you more money.
