I found a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport AWD that is heavily discounted. Here are the lease numbers that the dealer sent:

Due at Signing: First Month’s payment

I don’t know what the ‘Additional Cap Items’ is. He’s offering $10k off MSRP and says there is an additional $5000 rebate. But then only applying $4165.55 towards the cap cost reduction.

Residual seems to be 57% and MF of .00007 (Checks out on Edmunds).

I’m trying to recreate this on the calculator, but have been unable to. I am getting a way lower payment than the dealer has implied.

Thoughts?

The residual for 24m is 57% I think. Have you confirmed with Edmunds?

Ah you’re right. for 36 months it’s 48% residual and the MF is .00003.
