Current 2016 Aug X5 lease rate?

yes but they become prohibitively expensive after about 7k miles. You pay 25 cents for each one of those miles, so a car with 10k miles will have a reduced residual of $2500, which is about $75 a month. I have found that you need a larger discount from the dealer than they are willing to give on cars with more than about 7k miles. Also you may run out of warranty and maintenance if you lease a BMW with a lot of miles on it.

The rebates for a 2016 should be $3500 and $2000 for options totaling $5500. Buy down that MF with MSDā€™s as well.

My lease for a new 2016 ($73K MSRP) in august was $599 including tax and very little down other than 7 MSDā€™s.

Isnā€™t it 20 cents for every mile over 500? So it would be $1900 for 10k miles.

You are correct about the first 500 miles. Just didnā€™t want to explain it all over $125. It used to be .20 but now Iā€™m 99% sure itā€™s .25. Got my info from ask a dealer on bimmerfest.
