I don’t know how many people are aware of this pilot program in CT state. But I just came around this link

Which mean not only drives in CA can get extra state help on top of the Fed rebate!
I used to look over of many CA state deals because they always involved an extra rebate from the state to make the care close to $50 per month.
Now I can dig dipper to see if I can replicate something similar in CT state.
