Credit Tiers // Negotiating

A couple quick questions:

  1. I’m noticing most people say their credit is Tier 1 or Tier 2. What score ranges does each tier reflect?

  2. When negotiating via online with different dealerships. From my reading it’s most important to negotiate the sales price as if paying with cash. Then walk into the dealership with the knowledge of what incentives you can get, what the residual should be, and what the MF is? I’m just a little confused as to what the steps are AFTER you find a great sales price.
