Hey folks, first-time poster — apologies if I’m missing some cultural norms in this post.
My EV9 is going through buyback now, and I can’t shake the idea of finding a CPO Taycan 4S CT to lease. I was reading around and seeing some folks getting 950/mo at a sale price of $95-100k. I know the Porsche CPO Lease structure is a bit of a black box, but I was surprised to see the lease payments quoted in the attached structure.
I didn’t even bother negotiating the egregious fees here since it wouldn’t get me anywhere close to under 1k/month.
I talked to another dealer with a similarly priced 4S CT for sale that got me 39 months, 0 down, at $1600/mo — better, but still missed the mark. He was friendly, we dug into things a bit, and he mentioned he hasn’t seen any recent CPO lease deals like the ones from last year.
Seeking some guidance and advice from more experienced folks here. Are these sub $1000/mo deals on CPO 4S CT a thing of the past?
Thanks for your time and input. And once again, apologies if I’m missing some forum norms in this post.
Thank you for sharing your insight, though. That’s good to know that the salespeople were being honest with me about that. I may take a look at the sedans, but they definitely excite me way less than the CT. Not many amazing wagon options.
If interested, I’m getting the itch to transfer my ‘25 Carmine Red Taycan 4S for a fraction of what you were quoted, and I’m in southeast PA. 1500 miles on the clock as of now, 24/7500 single-pay lease which started last Sept 2025
If it’s a cash flow matter you can open a new CC with 12/18/24 months zero interest. If it’s a matter of simply not having enough cash then you shouldn’t even be looking at Taycan.
