I see that the MINI dealer here has several Clubmen courtesy cars at under 1k miles for ~$5000 off MSRP. I’m not familiar with how leasing courtesy cars work.

  1. At what point do the miles affect the residual?

  2. Are the existing miles counted against the total lease miles?

  3. How do I determine a good sale price for a courtesy vehicle? I assume I can get them down further but I have no idea what to offer since it’s already well below invoice.
